It really just depends on the property! Often times we like to improve the properties by getting them rezoned or approved with the county for a development project. We might bring utilities to the lot, such as water, power and/or sewer. We then consider selling the improved property to developers who are looking to build a home or cabin for their clients. We have great working relationships with builders and contractors and sell to them… at times this includes them reaching out to us wanting to buy in a specific area they know they want to build in, and then we target land owners like yourself who do not have a desire to own the property any longer. Lastly, we may just end up going to market with the property after we send out a photographer for pictures and drone aerial videos and do further evaluation on the property to understand exactly what is possible.
